Step into a hidden underground world where adventure, science, and leadership come together. Journey Beneath the Surface is more than a caving trip—it's an immersive learning experience that challenges participants to work together, step outside their comfort zones, and explore one of California's most fascinating natural environments.
Participants will spend two or more hours exploring a granite cave system, crawling through narrow passages, discovering hidden chambers, and experiencing complete darkness and silence deep beneath the earth. Along the way, they'll learn about geology, cave formation, environmental stewardship, and the leadership skills needed to safely navigate unfamiliar environments.
Designed for beginners, this adventure combines hands-on science, teamwork, and unforgettable exploration into an experience participants will remember for a lifetime.

What to Wear
A detailed clothing guide will be provided after booking. In general, participants should expect to wear clothing that can get dirty, sturdy closed-toe footwear with good traction, and layers appropriate for the season and weather conditions.

This includes recommended clothing, personal gear, lunch and water requirements, meeting location, waivers, emergency information, and any additional items needed for a safe and enjoyable experience.
