Service Description
An engaging half-day experience for all ages featuring hands-on activities and challenges that strengthen communication, teamwork, problem-solving, trust, and leadership skills. Each experience can be customized to meet the needs and goals of your school, organization, or group.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance. Your date is confirmed once the booking agreement is completed and any required deposit is received. Final participant numbers and program details are due seven days before the experience. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled service may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. Cancellations made within 14 days may result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows are nonrefundable. If DLI must cancel because of unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, clients may reschedule or receive a refund. Waitlist Policy If your preferred date is unavailable, you may join the waitlist. DLI will contact waitlisted clients in the order requests were received. When a date becomes available, you will have 48 hours to accept and complete the booking before it is offered to the next client.
